I'm not surprised that the Democrat Party is doubling down on all the things that cost them the last election. Democrats as a whole lack the ability to self-reflect, therefore they are incapable of admitting mistakes or learning. So, it should come as no surprise that instead of looking outside for new talent, they’re turning inward. They’re awarding and promoting from within the party as they look forward to the midterm elections and beyond. So stupid! This only promises more of what capsized the party in the 2024 presidential election. I’m fine with that.

DNC is hiring the same people who just blew the last election.“Democratic National Committee Chair Ken Martin is promoting from within as he fills out his senior leadership team, taking a stay-the-course approach to staffing despite the party’s losses in November…Their selections reflect the DNC’s post-election preference for experienced operatives over shaking up the party apparatus on South Capitol Street.”

The Democrat Party refuses to see that their policies and message stink. They truly believe it’s their messaging, not their message that is killing their party.
The next poster says the Dems reportedly think they did great in the last election. See, they can't learn.

It’s because, as reported by Ezra Klein, democrats think they actually did pretty well in the 2024 election.

They did swell. Like the genius who sent Bill Clinton to Michigan to berate Arabs about being angry with Israel on the eve of the election.

Especially bringing Liz Cheney to campaign in freaking Michigan. Such genius moves by the Dems.

It’s a proven effective strategy to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result.

They made so many boneheaded mistakes. Who in their right mind thinks warmonger Liz Cheney is an asset? The dumb Dems of course.
It seems the worse a Dem wrecks the party the higher their stock climbs. I’m not lying. Posters see it, too.

Their experience is in losing
The DNC is the place to go for failing upwards. Basically, everyone who works for the DNC is a loser who lost in embarrassing fashion. It would be like if the UFC signed only fighters who were recently knocked out cold.

The Democratic Party, the only place where you can fail upwards!
— LukaJokicEra 🌹 (@LukaJokicEra) March 3, 2025
‘Fail upwards’ needs to be an official Dem Party slogan.
Commenters know the Dems are going to stay on the path to irrelevancy.
It's impossible to imagine the democratic party ever changing.

it will never change lol

Repeating actions rarely brings change.

They never learn. They want to get an easy solution. They need to nix most of those people

Dems need to get rid of all their current players and start over. Thankfully, they won’t do that. The stupidity and hubris are too much to overcome. I’m going to enjoy watching them collapse over the next few years. Already got my popcorn ready.
