Imagine his surprise when he discovered flags piled up on the ground, including one that was disrespectfully left by a garbage bin.

Rhode Island’s Director of Veterans Affairs Kasim Yarn was outraged when he saw pictures of the mess. Watch this news report:

Yarn not only ordered the flags to be folded or burned based on their condition, but also established a better inspection process for the cemetery.
