Touting alternatives to healthcare.gov, White House tweets large orange square

With healthcare.gov still not working properly, we can appreciate why the White House would want to emphasize non-Internet means of applying for Obamacare.

Unfortunately, paper, phone, and in-person Obamacare applications probably won’t work as long as healthcare.gov is broken.
