Blue-checked lib comedienne Makes Bigotry Great Again with ugly mockery of pro-life Indiana Mennonites

Earlier this week, protesters showed up outside the Indiana Statehouse as legislators debated and heard testimony regarding a possible abortion ban.

More from Politico:

As the state Senate convened a special session and took hours of testimony on a bill that would ban all abortions except in cases of rape, incest, and life of the mother, they could hear repeated calls of “let them choose” and “vote them out” from outside the chamber doors.

Indiana is the first legislature to weigh new restrictions on the procedure following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe and revoke a national right to abortion.

The vast majority of the protesters were pro-abortion rights, outnumbering a small group of anti-abortion rights demonstrators who held signs outside the statehouse.

Apparently among the small group of anti-abortion rights protesters, aka pro-life protesters, were some Mennonites. And Indianapolis-born stand-up comedienne Megan Gailey found that funny for some reason:

Screenshotted, just in case:

She wishes she were lying.

We wish she weren’t a garbage person.

Charming, isn’t she?

Someone as convinced as Megan is that she’s on the side of goodness and righteousness shouldn’t have to stoop to mocking people’s appearance and faith, but here we are.

Definitely calm down with the bigotry, Megan. It’s just not a good look.

It’s helpful when they drop the pretense, at least.

You can do much, much better than Megan.

Oh, and for the record:

Yeah, we may not be Mennonites, but we’re definitely with that guy. He’s making the right call on this issue.
