Well, the Democratic Socialist Girl Squad triad is complete.
As Twitchy told you, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez came out swinging for her BFF Ilhan Omar, shaming the New York Post and GOP — and Dan Crenshaw, in particular — rather than holding Omar accountable for her disgusting remarks about the 9/11 terrorists. So it should come as no surprise to you that Rashida Tlaib is also defending Ilhan Omar — and throwing down the victim card:
Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) suggests she does *not* have a problem with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) saying the 9/11 terror attacks were just “some people did something”

Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib defends Rep. Ilhan Omar’s 9/11 comments: “she does speak truth”

So, if we’re understanding this correctly, any criticism Ilhan Omar faces over her refusal to call terrorists terrorists is due to the fact that she’s a woman of color just trying to speak truth to power.
No wonder Tlaib and AOC are such good friends: They’re both absolutely full of it.
Such BS!

Lol… played race and gender cards right off the bat!

Words out of context??? No no, that’s exactly what she said

Despicable!

Tlaib is disgusting.

These women are not criticized because they’re “women of color”. They’re criticized for mocking or disrespecting the 1,000’s of lives lost in a terrorist attack that affected millions. It’s disgraceful & it’s un-American. They should be ashamed.

Tlaib is full of nonsense. The backlash is not racist. It stems from heart wrenching loss and anger. She and Ilhan are clueless. The spirit of this country trumps their narrative of “us poor women of color” routine. Please go away. Stay away from 9/11. You don’t rate.

Update:
Forgive us for missing this earlier … Rashida Tlaib also took her act to Twitter:
The NY Post knows exactly what it's doing – taking quotes out of context and evoking painful imagery to spread hate and endangering the life of Rep. Omar. Shame on them, and shame on Rupert Murdoch.
— Rashida Tlaib (@RashidaTlaib) April 11, 2019
She has no right to shame anyone for spreading hate.
This is the "speech is violence" argument that attempts censorship rather than persuasion. Quoting someone and criticizing them is not "endangering" life. https://t.co/4tFddhRy2z

Shame on her.
