Late last month, Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar was the featured speaker at CAIR-LA’s annual Valley Banquet. CAIR-LA was “honored to have” her. And why not? Ilhan Omar’s just about as honorable as they come. And there’s no greater honor than sitting in the audience, listening to a terrorist apologist refuse to acknowledge a terrorist act as terrorism:
Ilhan Omar mentions 9/11 and does not consider it a terrorist attack on the USA by terrorists, instead she refers to it as “Some people did something”, then she goes on to justify the establishment of a terrorist organization (CAIR) on US soil. pic.twitter.com/ixP3BJfqxS

9/11: The Day That Some People Did Something.
WTF!!!

Pretty casual way to refer to an event where thousands of people died.

Some people did something. Isn't that on a monument somewhere? Unacceptable language.

First Member of Congress to ever describe terrorists who killed thousands of Americans on 9/11 as “some people who did something”.
Unbelievable. https://t.co/IKtoZWWmIT

But by all means keep her on the committees

Some people did something???To use the word something to describe 3,000 + people that died in the worst terrorist attack in history of the USA is superbly and willfully insensitive to America. Saying it as a representative of the USA is shameful!!!!! She has to go.

Is this really someone the Democrats want to keep around?
Look, we know what she is.
All that is left is for Democrats to decide if that is part of who they are or not? https://t.co/lHeLeBsHmA
