Brian Stelter has done it again!
Last night, Stelter couldn’t help but notice that Dan Bongino, who was filling in for Sean Hannity on Fox News, hadn’t mentioned James Mattis’ “retirement”:
I wonder what Fox employees think about a non-Fox employee hosting Fox’s biggest show for two nights in a row. https://t.co/HeqeYi5H7j

someone should tell him about Mattis, he hasn't mentioned it yet

Someone should tell Brian that he needs to pay closer attention. And that someone is FNC anchor and chief national correspondent Ed Henry:
I mentioned Mattis leaving in a news report at top of show — 901pm ET https://t.co/Vc8u4rXEB0

Oooof. Maybe Bongino didn’t mention it at the start of his show because Henry beat him to the punch. Stelter might’ve known if he’d been doing his only job and watching FNC like a hawk.
Imagine having a job that is basically just watching television, and sucking at it. pic.twitter.com/Bsm1dHljPq

Paid to watch the competition and still missing what they are talking about.

Good ole @brianstelter obsessing over every word at Fox. Apparently he missed a few.
