Dershowitz was recently hired as a consultant to assist Harvey Weinstein’s legal team. And if that’s the same Natassia Malthe, then she’s indeed one of Weinstein’s accusers. Last October, she alleged that Weinstein raped her in a London hotel after the 2008 BAFTA ceremony.

Now, some tweeters are pointing out that it appears Malthe is actually calling MSNBC, not Dershowitz:
