It’s gonna take a lot of work to undo Donald Trump’s handiwork. But one self-described “pragmatic progressive” has got a sure-fire plan to ensure that at least one of Trump’s most important accomplishments — Neil Gorsuch on SCOTUS — doesn’t survive the inevitable findings of the Mueller probe:
Neil Gorsuch can be removed from the SCOTUS if Mueller finds that the GOP was part of the Conspiracy to defraud US voters of their right to fair elections.
Gorsuch would be challenged on grounds that obtaining a SC seat was part of the Conspiracy & the plot to obstruct justice.

Straightforward from here, folks.
While Constitution grants Supreme Court justices a lifetime appointment there is precedent for removal–1 justice was impeached, but not convicted, & 1 resigned under threat of impeachment. If GOP was part of Conspiracy, strong legal arguments can be made for Grouch's removal

Gorsuch impeachment scenario hinges on Mueller's findings.
—Was GOP leadership part of the Conspiracy? And as early as 2016 when they blocked Obama’s SC pick?
—If Yes, case can be made GOP appointed Gorsuch to obstruct justice & strengthen conspiracy's chance of success.— J Bro (@Julesitter) May 23, 2018
So any efforts to impeach Gorsuch would likely only fly if GOP leadership were implicated in the conspiracy. That’s the hook. That Gorsuch was not just appointed by an illegitimate President, but he is integral to conspirators larger plan. Gorsuch would likely resign if true…

To those who say impossible. There's no precedent. I say-
-In unprecedented times unprecedented actions take place. Whatever is good & right & just can be MADE to happen. If you don't believe justice can happen in our Gov't & don't want to try, then we have a much bigger problem.— J Bro (@Julesitter) May 23, 2018
We have definetly hit a nerve. The Bots are swarming. The GOP can't have "The People" believing it is within our power to reverse the policies and stacked court that they sold their souls to achieve. Don't believe them.
— J Bro (@Julesitter) May 23, 2018
Apparently GOP thinks it can keep the gained-ground Trump stole. But we’ll leave no stone unturned looking for ways to reset policies & take back the power-posts they hijacked. Remember, GOP just stood by & watched while Putin gas-lit America & tried to turn us against each other

Straightforward from here … and right off the deep end.
Good idea but unfortunately I think it’s fantasy.

You *think* it’s fantasy? Dude.
I would like to hope this argument is compelling.

Yeah … it’s not.

But who are we to tell a pragmatic progressive to give up on her dreams?
