As Judge Neil Gorsuch’s SCOTUS confirmation gets closer to becoming a reality, many Democrats and liberals are growing increasingly desperate. But even among the Feinsteins and the Kohns and the Durbins and the Frankens, ThinkProgress’ justice editor Ian Millhiser manages to stand out.
