The idea of single-payer health care is really appealing to a lot of ignorant, gullible Americans. But with Bernie Sanders still lagging behind Hillary in the Democratic race, this messaging may not be effective enough:

The death threats are super-unfortunate — I completely that’s not something that should happen — but at the same time, that’s something that, that’s a different conversation where we should be talking about mental health issues, and, uh, perhaps getting, uh, single-payer health care to help those people out.
