That’s right. Fresh on the heels of his rip-roaring “supertruck” speech, tonight, President Obama will be hosting stars from “The Monuments Men” at a private White House screening. This afternoon, Jay Carney seemed a bit reticent on giving up details:
Jay Carney won't say whether the White House invited any of the original "Monuments Men" are invited to WH screening

ABC News’ Jonathan Karl just wanted to find out who was on the guest roster, but he didn’t get any help from the White House:
The WH won't say who is coming to the Monuments Men screening tonight, but the studio tells us: Clooney, Damon, Grant Heslov & Bill Murray

Karl’s tweet seemed pretty innocuous, but it was enough to make principal deputy White House press secretary Josh Earnest snap at him:
.@jonkarl whoever told you we aren't releasing info on the guest list is a bad source. @PressSec told you we would – and we will.

Karl tried to smooth things over:
@jearnest44 @PressSec Ah – what I meant was that the White House has not yet said who is coming to tonight's screening – not that you won't
— jonkarl (@jonkarl) February 18, 2014
That seemed to satisfy Earnest, who promised a guest list:
.@jonkarl @PressSec Understood. Should have something ready to go shortly.

The White House can’t release information about Benghazi or the IRS, but it’s awful nice to know that when it comes to George Clooney, the public won’t have to wait long for answers.
@jearnest44 The Whitehouse IS a bad source @jonkarl @PressSec
