Democrats currently have an approval rating of 21%.
Yikes.
And yet water carriers like The Hill want us all to believe that somehow, some way, the political pendulum is swinging back in the Democrat's favor. It's sort of like they also keep claiming Republicans are cutting Medicare and Social Security ... it's just not true.
But this is The Hill we're talking about.

Political pendulum swings back toward Democrats https://t.co/rCrjNerdOI

You know the face you make when you're trying to clean up your living room and your nearly 18-year-old son won't stop making messes because he's home for spring break and really bored? Yes, I just made that same face.
*very specific, I know*
From The Hill:
Embattled Democrats have new reason to hope.
The party has spent the early months of the year soul-searching the causes of a bitter election defeat and fighting internally over how best to counter President Trump and his fierce effort to dismantle the traditional workings of Washington.
But Democrats this week have watched the political pendulum swing into their favor.
Cripes. They win won election where the judge in question was the incumbent who raised tens of millions of dollars from out-of-state donors and it's as if they've forgotten four out of five people think their party sucks.
I'm sure they're desperate for any sort of win, but still, the pendulum is far, far, FAR from swinging back in their favor.
