Who could forget the time Eric Swalwell threatened to nuke Americans who dared challenge their government? Not quite as embarrassing as the time he farted on national television or you know, when he was accused of banging a Communist Chinese spy, but still not one of his better moments. Sadly, Swalwell is not alone when it comes to the idea of using the government against the people, both figuratively and even literally.
If you've spent any time at all on Twitter you have seen a good bit of chatter about an upcoming Civil War, especially as dozens of governors have thrown their support behind Abbott and Texas standing against Biden. Leave it to an elected Democrat IN Texas to actually threaten Americans with a Hellfire missile.
I'm not even making this up:
It's all fun and games... until someone eats a drone fired Hellfire missile. https://t.co/rPF6BizB4i

You guys probably recognize Wu - he's more of a troll than a Congressman. He's the lawn flamingo who bragged about running away from his duties as an elected official with other Texas Democrats?
Yeah, he sucks.

Do you think it’s cool to threaten American citizens with violence from American troops? You are obviously not a serious person.

He's really not.
Like, at all.
“Chuds.” Are you twelve?

That's an insult to 12-year-olds.
Just sayin'.
What are you suggesting you non-military wannabe poser?
— Buzz Patterson (@BuzzPatterson) January 28, 2024
Gene did try to 'clap back':
LOL. Chuds calling for people to go get their guns to confront the federal government are mad.
— Gene Wu (@GeneforTexas) January 28, 2024
I'm very sorry snowflakes.
Snowflakes.
Chuds.
Wow, he's really bad at this.
Why did you think it was wise or clever to post this?
— Jake13th 🏴☠️ (@JakeThirteenth) January 28, 2024
First of all, this is a popular refrain from Democrats, so it isn’t clever or original.
Secondly, this makes you look like kinduva douche. Just sayin’.
Kind of a douche?
No no, Gene is a douche.
