If you have been following me for any length of time, you know I am in no way a fan of the teacher's unions. Ok, that's putting it mildly.
I despise them.
In fact, one of the main reasons I got involved in politics at all is because of what the teacher's unions in Wisconsin tried to do to then-Governor Scott Walker. He inspired me to not only support friends and family fighting back in the 'Foward' state but to always be ready for a fight with these money-grubbing, power-hungry, Democrat-supported, harpies from Hell who were more than willing to hold education hostage for their own gain.
So when the lockdowns came around and these same teacher's unions were fighting to keep our kids out of the classroom I was front and center to take the fight back to them. I remember in August of 2020 here in Virginia, after Ralph Northam had been one of the first governors to take schooling away from our kids, worrying that the teacher's union here would pull some stunts. And boy howdy, did they EVER.
Now, since Virginia is a right-to-work state (shocking, I know), there are supposedly no real teacher's unions here ... we have an association. A branch, if you will, of the NEA. And they were HORRIBLE. Refusing to go back to the classroom, holding protests with garbage bags claiming they were dead bodies, accusing parents like me who were fighting for our kids to go back of being racist - at one point, I was even accused of being a Republican operative.

It's true.
Seeing this performance from nutbag and overall horrible person Becky Pringle (the president of the NEA) just reminds me how awful and fake they all really are.
This. Is. Nutty.
Watch.
The closing of Becky Pringle's latest speech to the NEA was a Hitlerian performance. This is not a casual comparison. https://t.co/TuDs8EXW8V pic.twitter.com/B0Ow7uBqZA

What the Hell was THAT, right? Insane.
Off the charts bats**t.
And they wonder why so many parents want school choice - you know that's probably why she's freaking out here because more and more states and districts are going the route of school choice which could (hopefully) do away with all teacher's unions.
Never forget who these people really are ...
