Well then.
I wish it was illegal to use any form of hate-speech when the final candidates are campaigning for presidency.

It’s sad that someone with such a HUGE influence doesn’t understand the value of free speech, ALL SPEECH. Even that mean ol’ speech you disagree with.
The cornerstone of freedom is being able to say and do unpopular things sometimes, otherwise why bother? Clearly the Founding Fathers felt the ability to say what we mean was important enough to be the First Amendment.

And of course she wouldn’t be crying about meanies saying mean things if Hillary had won because this outrage is all convenient. Poor Gaga didn’t get her queen and so she’s crying about freedom, which is sorta weird if you think about it.
But then again, it is Gaga.
Interestingly enough, even some of her fans called out the tweet as unconstitutional.

Determining hate speech is very subjective, and once you give any authority the power to control what we say it’s a slippery slope indeed.
concerning the outcome of the election I think it's actually unconstitutional.

.@ladygaga Free speech is not defending the speech that you agree with… it's actually defending the speech that you disagree with.
