Baltimore County police say one student was injured and flown to an area hospital after an alleged shooting by a 17-year-old student at Perry Hall High School Monday morning. The male victim, who was shot in the back in the school cafeteria, is reportedly in critical condition.

“Parents are telling Eyewitness News and WJZ.COM there may have been a threat on Facebook referencing the school, but there are no confirmed reports of that. There are also reports this shooting may have stemmed from a bullying incident. “
The suspected shooter’s Facebook page has surfaced in the wake of the shooting, though it has not been confirmed by any official sources. (We’ve redacted the suspect’s name.)
