Rondo, refs overwhelming storylines in Heat victory

Rajon Rondo did all he could on Wednesday night.

A career-high 44 points wasn’t enough.

At least, not when the referees aren’t on your side.

The backlash following the Miami Heat’s 115-111 win over the Boston Celtics in Game 2 in Miami has been intense. Fans across the nation agree that two things happened last night. For starters, Rajon Rondo emerged as one of the premier point guards in the league, raising his stock with a 44-point, 10-assist, eight-rebound performance.

And the other?

The referees in this series are blatantly doing all they can to help the Heat reach the Finals.

People aren’t happy.

And now for the Rondo love.
