Parker-led Spurs just toying with Thunder at this point

Come on.

Do we really have to go through the motions and let the Spurs play their final six games? Just hand them the title now and bestow upon them the honor of being the only team ever to have an undefeated postseason — because that’s where they’re already headed.

San Antonio took Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals with a 120-111 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Tony Parker had an obscene 34 points and eight assists. And the whole team currently leads the league in playoff swag.

Let’s just skip ahead to mid-June, give the Spurs their parade, and sit tight for next year.

Good idea?
