Sickening. Karate Kid’ Ralph Macchio retweeted that tweet posted by ‘Entourage’ creator Doug Ellin, which pretty much sums it all up. As Twitchy reported, Rolling Stone magazine let its moral bankruptcy show by glamorizing terror with a Tiger Beat-style cover of the Boston bombing suspect.
Who knew Rolling Stone was the magazine for dreamboat terrorist cover boys? Should rename it Tamil Tiger Beat.

Pro wrestler Gregory Shane Helms agrees.
Wow! So apparently Rolling Stone wants The Boston Bomber to be even more famous I guess? WTF? pic.twitter.com/1xI2MMzeJe

While some terror groupies grossly thought the cover wasn’t swoony enough, the sane rightly called out the magazine. Actor Ralph Macchio joined the ranks of sanity, which include Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, David Draiman of Disturbed, television host Carson Daly, MLB pitcher Brad Ziegler and citizens across Twitter, who have called for a boycott.
@mrdougellin imagine how the victims and their families feel after getting that issue in the mail or seeing it on news stands. Disgusting.

Amen.
@mrdougellin @ralphmacchio I couldn't agree more, #Pathetic

@mrdougellin # @ralphmacchio I agree the ones on cover be the victims. This glamorizes a coward who kills children. Mag should BOYCOTTED!
— Kay (@haidacat) July 17, 2013
@mrdougellin @ralphmacchio from the tweets several stores won't carry Mag. Get the word out to BOYCOTT PLEASE!
— Kay (@haidacat) July 17, 2013
The word is getting out: CVS has now confirmed that it will not sell the issue it its stores.
Update: Walgreens joins CVS.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Walgreens will not be selling this issue of Rolling Stone magazine.
