Kermit Gosnell’s attorney is apparently taking a page from Media Matters’ sick book. As Twitchy reported, Media Matters ran cover for abortionist Kermit Gosnell prior to the Fox News special even airing. The Fox News special, “See No Evil: The Kermit Gosnell Story” ran on Friday night and was repeated on Sunday.

@BretBaier Thank you for "See No Evil", horrible atrocities allowed by the state taking advantage of poor minority women.

My husband couldn't even stay in the room while See No Evil @BretBaier aired. He was so angry. Well reported. Horrible, but well done.

Gosnell’s attorney had the utter gall to call it “outrageous” and “shameful.” Testimony and grand jury reports showing unfathomable atrocities? They are neither here nor there. What is “irresponsible” is exposing it, evidently. Hmm. Sounds like the soulless Will Saletan, who grossly admitted that he finds exposing infanticide worse than actual infanticide.
Of course, the attorney is arguably doing his distasteful job. However, it is quite telling that the Fox News special hit so hard.
McMahon said Fox News "See No Evil" about Kermit Gosnell designed to sway jury. "It was irresponsible to put on that show," he said.

Irresponsible journalism? You know what actually was irresponsible journalism? The media blackout at the start of the trial.
The jury continues to deliberate today, after asking several questions.
