In the midst of all of the whining about major newspapers refusing to endorse a Presidential candidate this year, one major problem is being overlooked. Those major newspapers have exactly zero conservative columnists. They have a few like Jen Rubin who pretend to be conservative or at least lean right. That is false. There are zero writers who support Trump and understand the MAGA movement. Thankfully, readers can find those folks at fine conservative publications within the Salem Media family, but it is not the same as major national papers actually representing half of their readership.
Trump is polling within the margin of error of the popular vote.

The scandal isn’t that the LA Times and Washington Post refused to endorse Kamala Harris.
The scandal is that they don’t have any pro-Trump columnists.
Half the country! And not even one MAGA in WaPo NYT.
This is the actual scandal and what should be the topic of discussion. If you want to make a decent living writing about politics at the national level, you almost have to espouse Leftist politics or you have no options. It's why so many 'NeverTrump' former Republicans who claimed to only dislike Trump now hate all Republicans. It's lucrative. Rick Wilson was able to pay off tax liens and his mortgage, Alyssa Farah and Amanda Carpenter scored gigs on major network and cable shows discussing how bad Republicans are. What a world.
This is why winning the popular vote is so important. 2016 was deemed “illegitimate” because of the PV gap, and on top of that, Russia. The message needs to be sent that a MAJORITY of the country can’t stand their BS.

This is a good point. Perhaps if these institutions are reminded half of the country vote 'red', they might consider hiring writers who reflect their viewpoint.
So much for these institutions “looking like America.”

See also American law school faculties where, in places like North Carolina, a State Trump carried twice, there no Trump-supporting tenured faculty.
The journalists at WaPo labeling everything facist are “uniformly outraged” a paper that has only endorsed Democratic presidential candidates for the last half century remain neutral this cycle.

Leftist opinion writers have been so insulated from any kind of push back on their work, they are devastated when their superiors decide to stay neutral, not even prop up the Republican candidate. They can't even deal with neutral.
It explains why they don’t show both sides of an issue. If there isn’t a pro Trump columnist then how are both view points expressed. They’re not

It's also why Leftist politicians like Kamala can't handle a debate. They haven't even had to think about their opinion. They haven't faced dissent. They've never even had to read a different viewpoint and quantify and defend their position. It makes for a weak candidate.

So “journalists” and “news reporters” who say they are “unbiased” are complaining that they don’t get to use the platform of the @washingtonpost to be biased? 🤔
— Chris Hinkle (@BFConservative) October 26, 2024
They're actually angry they can't use the paper to disseminate their political leanings and also support the candidate of their choice. They need to work for a PAC and not a newspaper.
