In Memory of Nathan Wurtzel

Twitchy

Today, the terrible news came we had lost a giant on Conservative Twitter. If 'The Conservatives Own Twitter' (#TCOT), Nathan Wurtzel was one of the reasons. If you know that hashtag, you really have been on Conservative Twitter a very long time. Nathan was the voice of reason who could also put trolls in their place effortlessly. He was beloved and a needed voice in the Republican party right now. This is a massive loss and a huge blow.

Nathan described himself as a ZIonist in his Twitter bio. He loved Israel and the events of the past weeks had to have broken his heart.

As you can see, Nathan spent his last days trying to help people who lost everything in Israel. That was his character.

Nathan was the very best of men. A 'righteous Jew' in the words of John Podhoretz. A faithful friend. An ethical man in DC when that is few and far between seemingly. He is gone way too soon and the loss is excruciating and looms so large. There truly is no promise of tomorrow. Love your people well. Also, please donate to Nathan's last cause as a way to honor his memory.

This is the tweet again of his last fundraiser if you would like to donate.
