Grammy winner: 'Black people gave America its pop culture' but were 'robbed of credit'

Grammy award winning musician and producer Robert Glasper voiced some opinions on the historical racial divide in the music industry. A lot of artists will tell you that the corporate fat cats rob them of their creations and exploit them to make a buck. Glasper and many others see it not as a theft of an individual’s art but a theft of an entire culture. Clearly there is a black/white divide. What do you think? Does music have a race?
