Nancy Pelosi, other Dems push amnesty with shameless lie about US men's soccer team [pic]

As Twitchy told you yesterday, Rep. Frank Pallone, D-NJ, tweeted a graphic that, ahem, whited out 11 supposed “immigrants” on the U.S. men’s national soccer team. Surprise! They’re not actually immigrants.

The graphic was swiped from a GlobalPost article titled “Here’s what World Cup teams would look like if immigrants weren’t allowed to play.” Despite the title, the article admits the graphic includes U.S.-born players who have at least one parent born outside of the United States. As Twitchy noted, Alejandro Bedoya, Tim Howard and Jozy Altidore were born in New Jersey, Julian Green was born in Florida, Omar  Gonzalez was born in Texas, and Aron Jóhannsson was born in Alabama. Others were born in Europe to at least one American parent.

Not that you’d know that from the out-of-context graphic tweeted by these esteemed members of Congress using #TimeIsNow, an amnesty-pushing hashtag.

Even the U.S. team’s World Cup win over Ghana has to be politicized by lying Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Sheila Jackson Lee and friends.

Naturally, they didn’t link to the GlobalPost’s article. Funny that. And with the similar language in these tweets, it’s almost as if this is a coordinated effort to intentionally mislead their Twitter followers.

Rep. Steve Cohen is the only one who was halfway honest in his idiocy:

But what does any of that have to do with illegal immigration?
