Surprise! It’s the Obamacare marketplace debacle the incurious media aren’t investigating: As the newly uninsured seek assistance with insurance sign-ups, HealthCare.gov chat reps are as horrendous as ever. Customer service, Obama-style.
@HealthCareGov Constant errors trying to select a health plan. Two plus days, same error. Cust service and chat folks just say "dont know"

When the Obamacare online marketplace kicked off in October, Twitchy told you about several funny (but disturbing) adventures with HealthCare.gov chat reps. While one rep appeared to cheer Andrew Breitbart in a live-chat session, there was little sign of intelligent life when an O-care chat-bot urged one person, “Don’t run with sissors.” [sic] Another highly-trained chat rep encouraged a customer to try again during “off peek” [sic] hours. And another blamed “poor Internet signals” for Obamacare website woes.
You have to chat it to find out what’s in it. The answer, apparently, is still a big ol’ 1-800-F1UCK-YO:
"Live chat" with a representative on http://t.co/63ElHbR2yy IS as slow and painful as it sounds. pic.twitter.com/PvpGc7cRlc

@toddschnitt @RedNationRising have you tried the chat function on http://t.co/HMzsdHMAI2? Building a fire and using smoke signals is faster

Trying to login to http://t.co/s5nz78dRJK. No error message, just keeps sending me back to the Login screen. Live Chat isn't helping much

http://t.co/Aqm8n6MWIb live chat person told me to disable pop-up windows. Then apologized for the inconvenience.

http://t.co/Aqm8n6MWIb: "It might be a glitch right now with the high volume we are experiencing now. Please try again maybe 15 to 30 mins"

Who do I bill for the time I've wasted on the http://t.co/s5nz78dRJK debacle?

And before the Left shrieks the predictable talking point, no, it’s not just opponents of Obamacare running into trouble:
I love the ACA, but their website truly is a hot mess.

Also, the live chat on http://t.co/7Cpb4mWXbi is only useful for the most basic of questions.
