Cringe-worthy buffoonery courtesy of former Obama adviser David Plouffe.

More than 14 hours after Sen. Ted Cruz read “Green Eggs and Ham” to his daughters from the Senate floor, Plouffe finally came up with something to tweet. Something hilariously pitiful.
