GOP state rep Chris Holbert responded Saturday with a pitch-perfect zinger: “What’s next? ‘Some of your best friends are gun persons’?”

Hickenlooper has promised to sign the Colorado gun-grab bills into law. GOP state Sen. Greg Brophy asked Twitter followers how many Pinocchios that one deserved.

Answer: All the Pinocchios!
