Trayvon Martin’s parents are making the morning show rounds today to respond to Sean Hannity’s interview with George Zimmerman that aired Wednesday night on Fox News Channel.
As Twitchy reported last night, Zimmerman said he prays daily for Trayvon’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin. He told Hannity, “It was all God’s plan.”
Fulton and Martin rejected that statement during appearances on the “Today” show and “CBS This Morning.”

In April, Fulton told Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, “At first, I kept on asking why me, why Trayvon. But now I know that God has called Trayvon. He was chosen.”

Zimmerman said that he did not regret getting out of his vehicle; he did not regret following Trayvon; in fact he did not regret anything he did that night. In conclusion, he wouldn’t do anything different. He concluded it was God’s plan. “We must worship a different God because there is no way that MY GOD would have wanted George Zimmerman to KILL my teenage son.” Tracy Martin, father of Trayvon Martin.
Trayvon’s parents will appear on Fox and CNN later this morning.
