ABC’s chief White House correspondent Jon Karl says President Trump stepping into the Korean Demilitarized Zone on Sunday to shake hands with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un may be the “biggest moment of his presidency so far.”
Of course, it was “sheer performance,” whatever that is supposed to mean.

Naturally, the description of Trump’s meeting with the North Korean dictator as possibly the biggest moment of his presidency did not sit well with lefties.
this is shameful and if you frame it any other way you’re out of your mind https://t.co/eWsXvmk16U

there’s no evidence that this “performance” or previous Trump-Kim performances have advanced the national security interests of the United States in any way
they do appear to have advanced the interests of North Korea’s brutal nuclear-armed dictatorship, however https://t.co/efUdlHRIDJ

Having learned nothing from the 2016 election or the years since, the media frames a photo op with a murderous dictator as "Trump's biggest moment." NOTE TO MEDIA: You are not theater critics. This is not a reality show. Cut it out. https://t.co/qupJkcG5js
