A Canadian man was pictured mowing his lawn on Friday evening with a tornado in the background. Asked about it, he said he was “keeping an eye on it.” Here is the picture of unafraid Theunis Wessels taking care of his lawn. It was taken by his wife.

His full comments:
Theunis Wessels said he was keeping watch of his surroundings and saw the twister form as the swirling connected from the sky and the ground to form the funnel.
“It looks much closer if you look in the photo, but it was really far away. Well, not really far, far away, but it was far away from us,” he said.
“I was keeping an eye on it.”
Despite his downplaying the event, the internet found the image of Wessels to be nothing short of incredible.

Listen. His wife told him couldn't come back inside until the grass was cut. He don't care about no tornado. https://t.co/MWvW5YuUKS

We’re only about halfway through 2017, but it is going to be very difficult to top that headline, story and image combination.
