We already told you a little bit about President Joe Biden’s disastrous interview with Jimmy Kimmel last night, but check out this clip of the late-note host throwing the leader of the free world a cut-to-commercial lifeline when he started rambling about the state of affairs in the media:
Biden says there's a lot of "major things" he's done, he just hasn't "been able to communicate it in a way that is, uh, um…"
He then starts rambling about reporters getting "clicks on the nightly news" and they cut to commercial. pic.twitter.com/uTiEu495C2

TRANSCRIPT:
President Joe Biden: So there’s a lot of major things we’ve done, but what we haven’t done is we haven’t been able to communicate it in a way that is, um, [garbled] another way.
Jimmy Kimmel: Well, see, that’s kind of perfect. You haven’t been able to communicate. . .
Biden: Well, look how the price has changed. Look how the press has changed. . .
Kimmel: It has changed. Oh, listen, I get it.
Biden: I know you overstand it. You don’t just understand that you overstand it. But here’s the deal. One of the things is that it’s very difficult now to have a, uh, even with notable exceptions, even the really good reporters, they have to get the number of clicks on nightly news. So instead of asking the question, anyway, it’s just everything gets sensationalized in ways that. But I’m convinced we can get through this. We have to get through it. And one of the things, look, I’m. . .

Kimmel: I’m going to take a break and then we’ll talk a little bit more.
Biden: I don’t blame you.
Kimmel: I’m sorry, we have some of those commercials, we have some of those biracial commercials we need to show
Earlier we also told you how the president bitched to journos on Air Force One about his negative coverage. Um, *he* is the problem and nobody in the White House will tell him so:
So, we’re just supposed to pretend this guy’s brain still works? And by this guy, I mean, the President of the United States? Good grief pic.twitter.com/oM6dcdYovW

His age is really starting to show, and there’s nothing wrong with that — except, of course, if you’re the President of the United States:
He's just so damn old and it SHOWS. https://t.co/3oaSh05L6J

It really was an embarrassing moment:

This really wasn’t the coverage the White House wanted this morning, is it?
Biden rambles about not being able to "communicate."
*show cuts to commercial*
Newsflash for Biden – he is not just bad at messaging, he is bad at governing. https://t.co/eTI1FIbJLj

We suspect Dems are even more afraid of what Kamala Harris might say once she gets the big chair:
Perhaps the reason the Biden administration can't communicate their ideas is because the person in charge of it is a 153 years old with applesauce for brains, and they all know it.

Oh, well. All we have to do is wait a few years for reporters to tell us in their books just how concerned senior staff actually was about Biden’s age:
we have to wait for the journo books to come out to find out just how concerned senior staff was about this. https://t.co/AG5B3ExrvN
