Gov. Ralph Northam FINALLY addresses the I-95 crisis in northern Virginia

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam has finally addressed the ongoing humanitarian crisis on I-95 in northern Virginia where thousands of motorists are stranded, many overnight, after Monday’s snowstorm:
