Greg Abbott reverses himself, issues Executive Order prohibiting COVID-19 vaccine mandates 'by ANY entity in Texas'

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order on Monday prohibiting COVID-19 vaccine mandates “by ANY entity in Texas,” which would include private businesses that have already mandated vaccines:
