TONE-DEAF: People magazine deletes tweet of Kim Kardashian in the Bahamas [screenshot]

People magazine, for some reason, has deleted this tweet from Sunday on Kim Kardashian and her “24-inch Waist in a Sexy Metallic Once Piece on Bahamas Vacation”:

With thousands of people losing their homes in the Bahamas, this is the content they went with? Tone-deaf:

The article, which is still up, did make mention of the devastation but we don’t know if this was added after they deleted the tweet or not:

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posted a slideshow of photos on Instagram as she walked through the ocean.

While Kardashian West’s photos showed what many people think of when they think of the Caribbean country, on Monday the world was seeing a very different side of the Bahamas as the devastation the hurricane had wrecked was revealed as the storm started to move towards Florida.

Kardashian herself posted the images to Instagram and Twitter just days before Dorian made landfall in the Bahamas, which was pretty tone-deaf as well:
