Good Samaritan Jacquelyn Smith was stabbed and killed earlier this week by a man apparently working as part of “team of panhandlers” after stopping help a woman holding a sign that said, “help me feed my baby.”

According to Smith’s husband, she rolled down her window to give some money to the woman and that’s when the man struck:
