North Korea finally aired footage of the historic summit between President Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, including an awkward moment at the 55-second mark where a Nork general is confused if he should salute President Trump or shake his hand. After Trump extends his hand, the general stares at it for a second and then salutes. As Trump goes to return the salute (is that protocol?), the general then goes to shake his hand. Eventually the two just shake.
