French President Emmanuel Macron said today that his country has evidence that Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria is behind the latest chemical weapons attack:

Macron made the comment in an interview with France’s TF1:
French president Macron tells France’s TF1 he has proof chemical weapons were used in Syria “and they were used by the Assad regime.”

Macron also stated that he’s been in daily contact with President Trump and the two countries are “working closely”:
