STUNT IN PROGRESS, PART 2: Tennessee Dems are trying to sell an AK-47 at a lemonade stand

The anti-Gorsuch stunt we told you about earlier isn’t the only Dem stunt of the day.

Dems in Tennessee are trying to sell an AK-47 at a lemonade stand to protest the “private seller loophole.” Check it out:

That’s Rep. Mike Stewart at the table and he’s arguing that all gun sales in the state should have to have a background check first. From Facebook:

According to audio we heard, Stewart bought the gun in a parking lot on Tuesday night and is now reselling it for $700 (but only $600 with a background check).
