Apparently ISIS has an executioner in a wheelchair now [photo]

Unbelievable:

According to the report, the guy in the wheelchair “crucified” the alleged spies in the Libyan town of Sirte, but it doesn’t explain how that happened:

One of the photos shows an ISIS fighter sat in a wheelchair next to a man kneeling in an orange jumpsuit while tied to a rope before the ‘crucifixion’.

Another image shows a man with what appears to be a bloodied and battered face, tied up and ‘crucified’ on the structure. A note taped to his body reportedly reads ‘spy’.

These release of these propaganda photos coincide with Secretary of State John Kerry’s warning that ISIS is a growing threat in Libya:

Another stunning Obama/Clinton success story at work!
