As we reported yesterday, Quentin Tarantino was on with Chris Hayes Wednesday where he “tripled down” and still didn’t apologize for calling some police officers murderers.
During the interview, Hayes comically asked him if he had met with any cops over the controversy and Tarantino replied with “not as of yet, I’m hoping that’s going to start happening sometime in the next week or so.”
How nice of him. The exchange is at 11:18 in this video:
But as luck would have it, there’s already an offer on the table for Tarantino to meet cops and go on a “ride-along” to see what they go through on a daily basis.
Here’s the invite that reportedly ran as a full page ad in yesterday’s New York Daily News:

Sounds like a perfect way to start mending fences, no?
