Michelle Obama's ice cream social for the troops in Italy goes wrong for one nervous, but adorable, little girl [photo]

Michelle Obama and her two daughters are currently in Italy as part of the Joining Forces program, a joint initiative between the First Lady and Dr. Jill Biden that looks to help members of the military and their families:

And during the visit, Mrs. Obama handed out strollers and baby clothes to expectant mothers on the base:
