Reverend Al Sharpton is in Cleveland tonight at the Olivet Institutional Baptist church where he is speaking on the recent acquittal of Cleveland police officer Michael Brelo, the shooting death of Tamir Rice as well as the overall state of policing in America. But don’t worry — he “didn’t come to Cleveland to start trouble”:

Good to know. And then there was this statement on the upcoming 2016 GOP convention that will be held in Cleveland:
Rev. #AlSharpton on #GOP convention in #Cleveland: "You will not have an election without Republicans addressing policing."

Was that a threat?
And before his demand that GOP candidates address policing, here’s hoping Sharpton, MSNBC and the rest of the liberal media ask the Democratic candidates about their past tough-on-crime votes before they start blasting the GOP and its policies:

Oh, and if we’re going to talk policing, we might as well talk about why Democratic cities have such awful crime problems:

Do Dems really want to have this conversation, because the GOP is just itching for it to come up.
