President Obama just wrapped up a short speech outlining developments with Cuba and changes in U.S. policy toward the Castro dictators and their island utopia, but one item that stood out was the president’s admission that he needs to work with Congress on the full lifting of sanctions and travel restrictions:

We HOPE this isn’t true, but if Congress doesn’t do what President Obama wants on sanctions, who knows what will happen.
