Uh-oh. Someone's been a baaaad boy.
Twitchy readers will remember the name Noah Schaffer from earlier this week, we hope. He is the Brooklyn man who, along with his wife Kelly, was confronted while tearing down and ripping up posters in New York City of Israelis (including children) who were missing and presumed taken hostage by Hamas. Here is the original video of the Schaffers that went viral on Twitter:

Thanks to the ever-watchful account @StopAntisemites, the Schaffers were quickly identified, which surely wiped those smug grins off of their faces.
Then things got really bad for Noah Schaffer: Dad found out.

Noah’s dad Eric Schaffer informed his staff at his UX company Human Factors International in an email that he placed his son, an executive strategist at the firm, on unpaid leave for four months, the Daily Mail reported. 'As has been noted, Noah is my son. He is not an antisemite nor a supporter of Hamas. I can attest that he has not acted this way at any time during his whole life,' the elder Schafer wrote, according to the outlet.
'He now understands that his actions were reprehensible, he is deeply sorry and regretful. HFI’s senior management team and I personally, in no way condone his actions today. We are placing Noah on unpaid leave for the next four months. This will give him time to learn more about his Jewish family history, reflect deeply, and make amends. And after this time we will review if he can rejoin the company.'
Good for you, Dad. But you might want to watch the video again because it sure seems like your son IS an antisemite. Along with his wife.
The younger Schaffer also probably could have used a spanking or two and his mouth washed out with soap when he was growing up. But hey, better late than never for some tough love parenting.

Yep, Blum called it days before it even happened.
This is my favorite headline today and it's not even noon yet. https://t.co/k8sxQ7KcR1

Hmm, wonder if Noah went to Harvard. If not, almost certainly a Harvard East Coast equivalent, like Columbia or Georgetown.
Thanksgiving is gonna be awwwwwwwwwkward https://t.co/8SnkJ8GqbN

'Dad, can you pass the cranberry sauce?'
'I don't know son. Can you pass a sign of a Jewish hostage without ripping it up?'
His dad supported him until he was 40... and then hired him in a "consultant" position. His wife is a "former social worker" and has been linked to Antifa.

This sounds like family-enabled delayed adulthood. Time for tough love. Cut him off from the family money for a few years. https://t.co/adI04Mbmla
Suspension is not enough he need to be fired.

Well, look. The likelihood is that Eric Schaffer probably will give the job back to his incompetent son eventually. Assuming Noah shows a little contrition. Is it ideal? No. But fathers love their sons, and that's a good thing.
It's an even better thing when fathers show their sons (even if they are 41) that there are consequences to their horrible, inexcusable, hateful actions.
And now we're thinking that Joe Biden could take a hint or two here.
