Placeholder President Biden didn't pardon his son going back a full ten years for nothing, and Joe's still got about three weeks in office and the only thing we know for sure is that there will be a lot more pardons before America can start to try and put this disastrous administration behind it. The negative effects, however, will linger for quite a while.
We all know how it started:
Biden directly denied that he interacted with first son Hunter and first brother James Biden’s business partners on March 1, 2024 — just two days after Hunter privately admitted in his impeachment inquiry deposition that his dad had engaged with his associates from China, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine.
“[House] Speaker [Mike] Johnson has accused you of lying repeatedly about your interactions with your son and brother’s business partners. What’s your response to him?” a reporter for The Post asked Biden on the White House lawn.

“There’s polling by the Associated Press that shows that almost 70% of Americans, including 40% of Democrats, believe that you acted either illegally or unethically in regards to your family’s business interests. Can you explain to Americans amid this impeachment inquiry why you interacted with so many of your son and brother’s foreign business associates?” a Post journalist asked.
“I’m not going to comment on that. I did not, and it’s just a bunch of lies,” the commander in chief claimed.
“You didn’t interact with any of their business associates?” the journalist pressed.
“I did not. They’re lies,” Biden said.
When a serial liar accuses somebody else of lying, that's definitely a lie. But that didn't stop the media from simply repeating Biden's denial without really caring to look into the matter themselves and end up wrecking a perfectly good false narrative.
In light of recent pictures that have been released after years of Biden insisting that he never spoke with his son or his partners about his business dealings (before the budding art career of course) all while the media ran cover for him, the New York Post summed it all up this way:

The pictures were released as part of a 2022 FOIA request, and the DOJ waited until the election was over to comply:
Today, America First Legal (AFL) released new photographs of Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden during the Obama-Biden Administration, obtained through litigation against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). These images shed light on the connections between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter and his Chinese business associates, and Chinese government officials including President Xi Jinping. Lawyers and representatives for President Biden and President Obama delayed NARA’s release of these photographs, as they did with other records, until after Election Day.
These new photographs appear to show:
- Then-Vice President Joe Biden introducing Hunter to President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China;
- Then-Vice President Joe Biden introducing Hunter to then-Vice President Li Yuanchao of the People’s Republic of China; and
- Then-Vice President Joe Biden meeting with and taking pictures with Hunter’s business associates from BHR Partners, including Jonathan Li and Ming Xue.
The usual suspects in the media will shrug it off and move on. These "journalists" know they've done their job as they see it.

Lord only knows how many people in the FBI and intel communities know the whole truth about the Biden family's dealings. What we already know is bad enough, so just imagine what we don't yet know.
