Yet another National Public Radio headline has been spotted that’s making people wonder if there’s a lot more to it:
Missing some details here bub?

Just a few details are missing that could have easily at least fit into the tweet.
Here’s how NPR has framed a story out of Nebraska:
A 41-year-old woman is facing felony charges in Nebraska for allegedly helping her teenage daughter illegally abort a pregnancy, and the case highlights how law enforcement can make use of online communications in the post-Roe v. Wade era.https://t.co/XCQJrJV921

The story begins this way:
A 41-year-old woman is facing felony charges in Nebraska for allegedly helping her teenage daughter illegally abort a pregnancy, and the case highlights how law enforcement can make use of online communications in the post-Roe v. Wade era.
Police in Norfolk, Neb., had been investigating the woman, Jessica Burgess, and her daughter, Celeste Burgess, for allegedly mishandling the fetal remains of what they’d told police was Celeste’s stillbirth in late April. They faced charges of concealing a death and disposing of human remains illegally.
The headline and first couple of paragraphs are clearly intended to cause pro-aborts to hyperventilate over the repeal of Roe v. Wade, but, first of all, NPR is clearly not in a hurry to provide the full context to what they mean by “mishandling of fetal remains”:

She illegally used medication to kill a 23 week old baby (a baby that could have survived outside the womb) then helped her daughter deliver the dead baby instead of taking her to a hospital… then they burned the body.
That would have been illegal before Roe was overturned.

Well that’s different, and NPR obviously knew it but would rather rile up the Left to gin up more bogus backlash to the Supreme Court conservatives.
They home induced the abortion and then tried to burn and bury the body in the yard. It's incredible that this is what NPR is now. https://t.co/9ZFi0tm1Xx

FACT CHECK: Needs Context
The baby was aborted in the home, and was burned and buried in the backyard https://t.co/VJX5WeDQKq— Nicholas Barry (@NicholasJBarry) August 13, 2022
An honest media report would have been able to work that into the headline or sub-headline.
Something changed in the last year. I mean @NPR was always liberal of course, but they have gone off the cliff lately. I wonder what the change was?

Oh, and one more thing. NPR attempted to make the story about what’s going to happen in a post-Roe dystopia, but…
This was months before Roe V Wade was overturned. https://t.co/4Gn2R0KhMh

Solid journalism all around, NPR!
