For some reason the DNC, Obama, Clinton & media aren't doing any pearl-clutching over this report about redistricting affecting the midterms

In recent months and years, Democrats including Barack Obama, Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton have warned that redistricting is a “threat do democracy”:
