The Wall Street Journal has published a letter to the editor from Donald Trump:
The Wall Street Journal is declining to comment on their rationale for publishing this letter-to-the-editor from Donald Trump, which claims that "the election was rigged." https://t.co/0DcG89kiHb

CNN’s Jake Tapper mocked WSJ for publishing Trump’s letter, comparing it to a conspiracy theory about the moon landing:
Coming soon to the WSJ letters to the editor: "The moon landing was faked," by that dude @TheRealBuzz Aldrin punched in the face https://t.co/UV9MgFdvjh

Apparently questioning the integrity of an election is only a conspiracy theory if a Republican does it, because CNN and Tapper don’t seem to take much issue when the claim is made by a certain frequent guest from Georgia:
when is stacey abrams coming back on your show https://t.co/RG0aLfVtDf

Probably very soon.
When will you have Governor Stacy Abrams on your show Jake? She seems to be an expert on this subject. 🤷♂️ pic.twitter.com/iqJHWCXzNN

Tapper didn’t bring up the “fake moon landing” example back when Abrams said the 2018 Georgia election was stolen from her:
Jake Tapper: “Do you think there was deliberate interference in the election?”
Stacey Abrams says without evidence: “Yes … There was a deliberate and intentional disinvestment and I think destruction of the admin of elections in the state of Georgia.” pic.twitter.com/82Ei36LYRm

This “questioning the integrity of an election is a threat to democracy” is an incredibly wide one-way street.

It’s not a “dangerous conspiracy theory” if the preferred political party makes the claim.
