Michigan Gov. Whitmer to receive 'Profile in Covid Courage' award, John James suggests more fitting accolades

During the pandemic, people in Michigan saw their governor shut down businesses, in-person learning and put in place all kinds of arbitrary mandates all while demonstrating the usual political hypocrisy. Additionally, nursing home deaths were among the highest in the country and some of her edicts were smacked down by courts.

Add it all up and it was apparently an award-winning job performance:

If the JFK Library is handing out awards for enduring backlashes and threats maybe they should first recognize business owners in Michigan.
